Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may take longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $50 or more. Shipping options and any applicable shipping charges for smaller orders will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location. Your estimated delivery timeframe will be provided at checkout when available. Please allow additional time for orders shipped during holidays or periods of high volume.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Multiple Shipments
Because some products may be fulfilled by different suppliers or locations, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping Delays
SoftVibe is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
